Margie Rolfes

Margie G. Rolfes, 84 of Cawood passed away on Tuesday afternoon of December 15, 2020 at the Tri City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cumberland.
Margie was born October 2, 1936 in Threepoint, KY to the late Charlie Helton and Roxie Nolan Helton. She was a homemaker and member of the Cawood Church of God Mountain Assembly. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles, Billy Joe, and Thomas "Bub" Helton; sisters, Mae Griffin, Peggy Harris, and Mildred Chaney.
She is survived by her children, Gerald (Kathy) Rolfes, Robert (Teresa) Rolfes, Debbie (Billy Ray) Robbins, Jackie Rolfes, Lori Harris, Billie (Cody) Hall, adopted son, Clinton McComb; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, 2 great great with 2 on the way.
Her brother, Gene Helton; sisters, Dorothy Helton and Francis Snow; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Friday (Dec. 18) from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Cawood Church of God Mountain Assembly. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm at the Church with Rev. Franklin Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Roosevelt-Daniels Cemetery at Smith, Ky with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of church capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed.
