Lonnie Milwee

Lonnie E. Milwee, 76 of Baxter passed away on Saturday Morning of September 26, 2020.
Lonnie was born October 21, 1943 in Harlan, KY to the late Price and Vera Crider Milwee. He was retired from Northwest Airlines and the 3M Company and attended the Harlan Church of Christ. Lonnie was a well known, talented, and loved musician in our community.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Aaron, Grover, Eugene, Chester, and Tommy Milwee.
He is survived by his wife, Georgiana Saylor-Milwee of Baxter; his children, Michael Saylor of Harlan, Jami Leigh (Jeff) Hensley of Calhoun, GA, Lonnie Robert (Robin) Milwee of Canton, MI, Brandon (Shaina) Spears of Newburn, NC, Jamie Nicole (Ryan) Romans of Royal Oaks, MI; grandchildren, Lucas Hensley, Meadow Saylor, Stephen Hensley, Cole Milwee, Lana Milwee, Vera Spears, Evelyn Spears; his brothers, Bob Milwee of Chicago, IL and Sam Milwee of Tennessee; his sisters, Carolyn Taylor and Shirl Caudill both of East Bernstadt, KY, Phyliss Farley of Wallins, KY. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be held 11:30 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday (Oct. 3) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm (Oct. 3) in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Dale Shackleford officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY with Sons and Grandsons serving as Pallbearers.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of our capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed.
