Jordan Ledford

Jordan Blade Ledford, 18 of Richmond, KY formerly of Harlan Co., KY gained his wings on Saturday December 5, 2020 from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accident.
Jordan was born October 2, 2002 in Pineville, KY to Vernon and Christy Simpson Ledford. He was a landscaper for Greenscape in Richmond and believed in the Church of God faith.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Lawrence & Loyce Noe, Christine and Frank Westbrook, and Rebecca Simpson.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents, Vernon & Christy Ledford of Richmond; his sisters, Sasha (Ryan) Dempsey of Baxter, KY, Sabrina (Rick) Turner of Big Laurel, KY; his nieces and nephew, Blakelyn, Adalynn, Abigail, Caroline, & Knox; grandparents, Robert & Judy Simpson of Cranks, KY Diania & Matthew Wells of Appalachia, VA, Suda Robbins, and Elmer Davis; great grandfather, Bobby Simpson of Cranks, KY and Fred & Helen Ledford of Casey Co., KY; special friends, Steven "Bubba" Slone, Gregory Osborne, Andrew Friend, Cody Lowery, Wesley Brown, Preston Jones; Jordan was loved by many. He had so many brothers that he loved and they loved him. Jordan's friends wasn't just friends they were his brothers.
Due to the Mandate set forth by Governor Andy Beshear on Nov. 20, 2020 the family will have a private service on Saturday (Dec. 12) at the New Covenant Cawood Church of God with Rev. John Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Surgeners Amazing Grace Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.
