Janice Smith

Janice S. Smith, 80 of Wallins passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at her home.
Janice was born August 7, 1941 at  Jesse Creek, KY to the late Arthur and Dorcas Brock Saylor. She was retired supervisor for Dobbs House Catering. She believed in the Baptist Faith and was a member of the Wallins Baptist Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph P. Smith; brothers, Harrison, Donald and Eddie Gene Saylor; sisters, Roberta Biddle and Della Mitchell; and several other infant siblings.
She is survived by her sister, Verilla "Bid" Riley of Florence, KY; 17 nieces/nephews, host of cousins, other relatives and friends are left to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Friday (March 4) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm Friday (March 4) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Freeman Clark officiating.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Saturday (March 5) at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Covington, KY 41015 where she will be laid to rest beside of her beloved husband, Joseph.
