Eddie Ray Baker, 72 of Gulston, KY passed away on Wednesday morning of November 4, 2020 at his residence.
Ray was born December 17, 1947 in St. Charles, VA to the late Mike and Bernita Webb Baker. He was retired from the City of Harlan after 27 of service as a Maintence worker. He believed in the Holiness faith.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Pauline Fleenor and Novella Baker; his brother, Bradley Baker.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Pearlie Coots Baker of Gulston; stepsons, Roger Webb of Evarts, Andy Webb of Watts Creek, and Charles Webb Browning Acres; sister, Dorothy Rouse of Bardo; best friend, Ed Browning. 2 special Nephews, Everett Wayne (Vina) Brock, David Ray (Angela) Brock and a host of other nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Saturday (Nov. 7) from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Rouse officiating. Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens.
