David "Sirhan" Cerra

David Anthony “Sirhan” Cerra, 67 of New Tazewell, TN formerly of Harlan Co., passed away on Friday June 21, 2019 at the Claiborne Co. Hospital in Tazewell, TN.

David was born August 12, 1951 in West Virginia to the late Anthony and Anne Mullins Cerra. He was a Truck Driver and heavy equipment operator.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Conley and Myrtle McKinney, and his brother Eric Bailey.

He is survived by his children, Tiffany Yeager of Harlan and Alexis Cerra of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Hannah and C.J. Maggard; brother, Mark (Deborah) Bailey of Wallins, KY and sister, Paula Stockhecke of Minier, IL; his aunt June Bonich of Knoxville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be 7:00 pm Tuesday (June 25) in the chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Burial will be 1:00 pm Wednesday (June 26) at the East Lawn Memorial Park in Kingsport, TN. Family and friends are asked to meet just prior to the service time.

Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Tuesday (June 25) until the funeral hour at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
