Wanda Sue Spradlin

Wanda Sue Howard Spradlin, 74 of Somerset formerly of Dayhoit, Ky passed away on Wednesday March 21, 2018 at her home following a brief illness.

Wanda was born Feb. 9, 1944 in Harlan County to the late Park and Willie Lee Howard. She was a homemaker and member of the Mt. Victory Baptist Church in Somerset where she served as the Piano player. She enjoyed crafts and loved her family dearly.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyne Spradlin and her brother, Joel G. Howard.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Greg (Wanda Sue) Spradlin, Burt (Amy) Spradlin, and Alan (Donna) Spradlin; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Ellison, and Pat (Ralph) Shope; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives are left to mourn her passing.

In keeping with her wishes a simple graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY. with Pastor Roger Liford officiating. She will  be laid to rest beside of her husband at the Resthaven Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
