Terry L. Howard

Terry L. Howard, 82 of Baxter, KY passed away peacefully on Tuesday afternoon of September 23, 2025 at the Tri Cities Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cumberland.

Terry was born July 29, 1943 in Harlan to the late Tom and Mary Hensley Howard. She worked the Bell Co. Animal Clinic for several years. She enjoyed gardening and being at the lake. She was a member of the Chester Avenue Baptist Church in Middlesboro, KY.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Sam Howard and George Howard and Nephew, Charles Wayne Howard.

She is survived by her beloved sister, Judy Howard of Baxter and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday (Sept. 26) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home, 114 S. 3rd Street, Harlan, KY 40831.

Graveside services will follow at 1:30 pm at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel with Rev. Travis Moore officiating.

Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
