Terry Fannin

Terry Leon Fannin, 64 of Harlan, KY passed away suddenly November 17, 2023 at Harlan ARH.

Terry was born May 3, 1959 in Cleveland, TN to the late Leon and Geraldine Fannin. He believed in the Holiness faith. He served in the United States Army for 10 years, then worked at T.L. Bayne Factory for 13 years in upholstery. He enjoyed gardening, working in his yard, and video games.

Besides his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister; Janice Hurley, and his step-father; Lee Morgan.

He is survived by his wife; Tammy Gailey Fannin, his daughters; Sarah Leann Fannin and Rachael Lynn Fannin, brother; Bryan (Kelly) Morgan, nephew; Bryan (Dena) Morgan, Jr., great niece and nephews; Callos, Beau, and Veronica.

Visitation will be Tuesday (Nov. 21) from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow on Tuesday (Nov. 21) at 5:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Franklin Stewart officiating.

Graveside services will be Wednesday (Nov. 22) at 2:00 pm in the Resthaven Cemetery in Keith, KY with Rev. Franklin Stewart officiating. Military rights will be observed by the Harlan Honor Guard.
