Sheryl Lee Nieves, 76 of Rosspoint, KY passed away peacefully Friday afternoon of July 10, 2026.

Sheryl was born February 14, 1950 in Buford, SC to the late Kenneth Arnold, Sr and Glora Gomes Arnold. She had resided at Rosspoint for the past year having come from Whiting, NJ to stay with her daughter. She was a homemaker, avid tennis player, huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Luis Nieves.

She is survived by her children, Megan (Steve) Blanchard, Ryan (Amanda) Blanchard and Kimmie Nieves; grandchildren, Peyton, Violet, Emily, D.J., Dakota, Chase, Chris and Luis; 1 brother, Douglas (Beth) Blanchard; 3 best friends, Cindy, Faith and Kathy.

In keeping with her wishes cremation was chosen and there is no services planned at this time.
