Roscoe Trosper

Roscoe Trosper, 74 of Harlan passed away June 8, 2015 at the UK Medical Center.
Roscoe was born July 4, 1940 in Harlan, KY to the late Herbert and Eliza Trosper. He was a member of the Harlan-Sunshine Church of God and had been a resident of the Laurels for the last 14 years.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his sisters, Gail O’Roark Phillips, Goldie Trosper, and Jewell Hale; brother, Estill Trosper; a special nephew, Robert Asher.
He is survived by a niece who loved and cared for him, Kim Asher of Harlan; his friend and roommate at the Laurels, Jimmy Mills.
All services will be private and burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith.
