Ronald Ford

  Ronald Ford, 74 of Loyall, KY passed away Monday evening of May 29, 2023 at the Harlan ARH.
  Ron was born March 11, 1949 in Harlan to the late Clyde and Bonnie Wilson Ford. He was a graduate of Cumberland College in Williamsburg with a BS Degree in Mathematics. He taught at Harlan  Independent School, before taking a job with Mountain Supply Company at Grays Knob, KY, he  retired after many years of service with them. He was a member of the Grays Knob Bible Church. One could always say, "Ron never met a stranger."
   He is survived by his wife, Ginger Long Ford; his daughters, Rebekah Ford and Rachel Ford all of Loyall; his sisters, Sylvia Saylor of Harlan and Wanda (Vinson) Williams of Viper, KY; his nieces and nephews, Melissa (Earl) Hall, Mike (Tammy) Long, Bridget Long, Brittany (Raven) Ison, Cody Hall, and Asher Coy Ison.
   Visitation will be 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Thursday (June 1) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Johnson  officiating.
    Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
