Roger Ball

Roger Ball, 66 of Rio Vista, passed away on Friday morning of March 19 at his home following a battle with cancer.

Roger was born on January 29, 1955 to the late Wayne and Mabel Ball in Harlan, KY. He had a long career as a coal mining equipment sales rep for the Long-Airdox Company. He enjoyed dogs, golf and car racing.

He is survived by his sister Susan Willis, son Mark and daughter-in-law Bana Ball, and two grandchildren, Nikou and Nila Ball. He leaves many family and friends to mourn his passing.

A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 pm Tuesday, March 30 in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
