Richard Michael Ray Keith, 60, of Kingsport, TN formerly of Cumberland, KY passed away at UT Medical Center on Sunday May 17, 2026. He was born on November 6, 1965 in Harlan, KY. A 1983 graduate of Cumberland HIgh School, he enjoyed cooking and later retired from Walgreens after many years working in the photo shop.

He is preceded in death by his father Richard Keith and his Mother Carmella Carruba Keith; two brothers, Robert Keith and Arville Keith.

He is survived by his brothers, Kenneth Keith (Cumberland, KY) James Keith (Cranks, KY), Charles Keith (Betty) ( Harlan, KY), Mark Keith (Alexis) (Harlan, KY) David Keith (Harlan, KY), Thomas Keith (Kayla) (Smith, KY). Sisters, Joyce Pate (Estill) (Harlan, KY) Doris Anderson (Bob) (Harlan, KY) Alice Rasnick (Harlan, KY) Regina Tussey (South Carolina), Josephine Keith (KIngsport TN), and Cindy Keith (Harlan, KY).

He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be 11:00 am - 1:00pm Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Anderson Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel Anderson Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Pastor John Lundy officiating. 

Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Cumberland, KY.
