Raymond "Denny" Denzil Blevins, 72 of Louellen, KY passed away on Thursday morning of August 27, 2020 at his residence.
Denny was born March 11, 1948 to the late William Gobel and Irene Houston Blevins. He believed in the Pentecostal Faith. He was a Retired Coal Miner/Truck Driver for Glennbrook Coal Co.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Delena Stanton Blevins; his six children, Raymond Denzil (Beverly) Blevins, Jr of Ohio, Melissa Ann (Kenny) Mills of Ohio, Denny Ray (LaDella) Blevins of Ages, Salena Irene Blevins and companion John Paul Madden of Evarts, April Michelle (John) Napier of Verda, and Madonna Faye (Scottie) Sizemore of Corbin; his very special brothers, Bill (Linda) Blevins of Ohio, Jerry (Charlotte) Blevins of Closplint, Johnny (Charlene) Blevins of Louellen, Jim Wayne (Marion) Blevins of Ohio, and Bobby Dale (Teresa) Blevins of Louellen; 21 grandchildren including a very special granddaughter, Jaicelynn Napier, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends are left to mourn his passing. He also leaves his very special sidekick, Jady Bug.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Sunday (August 30) at the Louellen Pentecostal Church.
Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Monday (August 31) at the Louellen Pentecostal Church with Rev. Greg Eldridge, Sr and Carl Canterbury officiating. Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens at Verda, KY. Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.
