Phyllis Kay Turner

    Phyllis Kay Turner, 80 of Bledsoe, KY went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2023 at her home surrounded by her husband of 61 years, Coburn Turner and family.
   She was born January 29, 1943 to the late Kermit and Ella Jane Wilder. She was a member of the Sandhill Primitive Baptist Church in Cumberland, KY. 
   Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers, Clyde Wilder and Donald Wilder.
   Besides her husband she is survived by four children, Sherry (Wesley) Ballew of Bono, AR, Linda (Doug) Napier of Bledsoe, KY, Tim Turner of Partridge, KY and Douglas (Taunya) Turner of Nicholasville, KY; nine grandchildren, Jacob, Napier, Ashley Ballew, Amy Ballew McDaniel, Aaron Ballew, Ashton Sullivan, Kayla Perkins, Andrew Turner, Ethan Turner and Micah Turner; Seven great grandchildren, Hunter Napier, Mason McDaniel, Taylynn Napier, Ella McDaniel, Tanner Perkins, Lakelynn Napier and Casen Perkins; three sisters, Peg (Dennis) Cornett of Oak Ridge, TN, Pauline (Bobby) Boggs of Big Laurel, KY and Barbara (Johnny) Halcomb of Bledsoe, KY.
     Visitation will be 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Sunday (July 23) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. 
     Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm Sunday (July 23) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Bro. Clarence Ramsey and Bro. Bobby Boggs officiating. 
     Burial will follow in the Big Laurel Cemetery with Grandsons, Jacob Napier, Aaron Ballew, Ethan Turner, Micah Turner, Andrew Turner, Hunter Napier are having the honor of serving as Pallbearers. 
     The family would like to give a special thanks to Bluegrass Hospice Care Navigators for their loving and caring support.
