Patrick Dale Thomas, 26 of Baxter, Kentucky died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at his home. He was born, December 31, 1990 in Harlan, Kentucky son of Lorraine Cox Lewis and the Late Larry Dale Thomas.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father Archie Lewis; brothers, Larry (Stephanie) Thomas of Baxter, Robert (Chastity) Thomas of Tennessee, Joshua (Etta) Thomas of Harlan, David Lewis of Harlan, and Archie (Stephanie) Lewis III of Harlan; sisters, Tamara Thomas of Harlan and Judy Lamb of Harlan; special brother-in-law, Arlis Bray of Harlan; special sister-in-law, Jessica Thomas; and special friends, Rex and Richard. Several Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 11:00-1:00 pm with the funeral service following at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home. Rev. Henry Hammonds, Jr. will officiate the services.
Interment will follow the funeral in the Lewis Family Cemetery at Baxter, Kentucky. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
