Nicholas Nathaniel Davis, 36, Pineville, formerly of Harlan, KY passed away Wednesday July 7, 2026 at his home.

Nicholas was born on October 10, 1989 in Pineville, KY. He is preceded in death by his father Worley Davis, Jr, of Richmond, KY. His grandfather Worley Davis, Sr and Grandmother Brenda Davis of Evarts, KY.

He is survived by his mother Kimberly Johnson (Pineville, KY), half brother William Davis and wife Tasha. Step brothers Matthew Waltz and Alyson (Pasedena, MD), Zed Waltz and Alyssa (Versailles, KY), Aaron Waltz and Sarah (West Minister, NC). Special Aunt, Linda Taylor and Donald (Pineville, KY), Special Aunt, Tennie Cochran and Gary (Harlan, KY). Favorite nephew, Little Gary Cochran (London, KY). Aunt Janice Wynn and Bruce (Harlan, KY), Uncle James Davis (Holmes Mill, KY), Aunt Susan Hayes (Evarts, KY) Aunt Sandy Wilson (New Tazewell, TN) and Aunt Candy Caudill (Holmes Mill, KY). His step mother Rebecca Davis. He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be 9:00 am - 10:30 am Saturday July 11, 2026 at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. 

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday July 11, 2026 at Evarts Memorial Gardens with Pastor William Davis officiating.
