Margie Hall

Margie Lee Hall, 80 of Cranks passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon of January 6, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Margie was born June 13, 1938 in Harlan to the late Charles and Mary Napier Jones. Margie had worked for several years in grocery stores in the Cawood area; she enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, and ginsenging.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Rusty Ledford; great grandson, Alex Carroll; brother, Nick Jones.

She is survived by her daughters, Vicki (Gregg) Rounds of Whitesville, NY, Mary Lou (Tony) Gentry and Jeannie Carroll all of Cranks; daughter in law, Melissa Ledford; sister, Diane (Denny) Middleton of Cranks; brothers, Marvin (Loretta) Jones, Roger (Sharon) Jones all of Crestwood, KY, Bill (Sherry) Jones of Redford, MI, and Harold (Cathy) Jones of Smithfield, KY; grandchildren, Toni Lee Strunk, Star (Paul Wheeler) Hoffman, Tara (Daimeon) Hogan, Matthew (Tammy) Carroll, Marc (Chey) Carroll, Roger Lee (Jackie) Ledford, Shelby (John Helton) Ledford; great grandchildren, Tommy Dean, Maria Carroll, McKenzie Ledford, and one due at any time, Charlie Ledford; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Memorial services will be 7:00 pm Wednesday, (Jan. 9) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Daniel officiating.

Burial will be private in the Napier Family Cemetery at Cranks, KY.

Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Wednesday, (Jan. 9) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
