Kenneth Farmer, Sr.

Kenneth A. Farmer, Sr. age 75 passed away Sunday, October 11 ^th at his home with his wife by his side.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Ball Scott; grandparents, William O. and Maggie Ball; and brother, Gordon Wayne Farmer.

A born again Christian, he attended the Grays Knob Church of God.

He had retired from McComb Supply company after 21 years of service.  He was a loving family man, husband, dad and grandpa.  His greatest joy was being with his grandson.

He enjoyed traveling and he and his wife had driven to 36 states and Canada.  He especially liked driving to the western states and visiting the old west.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife of 54 years, Glenice; son, Ken Jr.; a very special grandson Kenneth Dillion; and sister, Emily Brown of Lexington, KY.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 13 ^th in the chapel of Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00 PM with the funeral following at 7:00 PM.  The Rev. Don Smith will officiate the services.  Music will be provided by Debbie Smith.

Graveside services will be Wednesday October 14 ^th at 11:00 AM in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.  Tony Vaughn, Dr. Fazal H. Ahmad, Rodney Mott and Rondall Parsons will serve as pallbearers.  Grandson, Kenneth Dillion Farmer will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
