Kathleen Rice

Kathleen G. Rice, 85, Woodland Hills, passed away on the early morning of March 20, 2018, at her residence.

Kathy was born May 29, 1932, in Selma, AL, to the late Franklin A. Green, Sr., and Louise Webb Green. For many years she was the unpaid Administrator of  Woodland Hills Christian School. She was totally dedicated to her family and a faithful member of Woodland Hills Church.

She was preceded in death by her sons Robin David and William D. Rice; one brother, Franklin A. Green, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, William A. Rice; her children, Jane Rice (Silas Mac) Williams, Timothy C. (Cheryl) Rice, and Samuel D. Rice; her grandchildren, Steven D. Rice, Stewart B. (Kaci) Rice, Sarah K. (Ron) Sellers, Tyler Mac (Christie) Williams, Annie Laurie (Chad) Voelkert, Robin David Rice, and Jessica (Glenn) Pfister; and 13 great grandchildren. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2:00 pm at Woodland Hills Church.
