Justyn Rylee Akemon, newborn son of Joshua and Vokie Middleton Akemon, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Saint Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Don and Betty Green, Willis Middleton, and Oscar Maggard, Sr.
Surviving are his parents, Joshua and Vokie Middleton Akemon of Harlan; grandparents, Vivian Green of Smith, Charles Tolliver of Smith, and Judy and Michael Middleton of Mary Alice; great-grandmothers, Viola Middleton of Pathfork and Brenda Maggard of Harlan; brother, Gabriel Akemon of Harlan; and sister Abbi Akemon of Harlan. Also surviving are several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other relatives.
All services will be private with interment in the Green Cemetery at Smith, KY. The Rev. Darrell Turner will officiate the services. Charles Tolliver and Michael Middleton will serve as pallbearers.
