Joanna Shepherd

Joanna Hall Shepherd, 72, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.

Joanna had worked as a medical transcriptionist and was a former library volunteer at Oak Grove Elementary School.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Sylvia Larkey Hall; brothers, Jimmy Hall and Mike Hall; and sisters, Benita Decker and Norma Collins.

Joanna is survived by her husband, Harry Shepherd; son, Jimmy Shepherd (Whitney) and four granddaughters, Lauren, Joanna, Ethena, and Minerva Shepherd, all of Corbin; brother, Roger Hall (Lisa) of Corbin; sisters: Pam Babb (Roger) of Charlotte, Helen King (Robert) of Nashville, Vicki Roland (Danny) of Owenton, Melanie Hall of Corbin, Paula Webb (Greg) of Corbin, and Jane Seal (Fred) of Corbin; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery in Loyall, Kentucky.
