Joanna Creech

HARLAN-Joanna Johnson Creech, 83 departed this world for her Heavenly home on Monday, December 22, 2014.
Joanna was born Joanna Pennington in Leslie Co., KY.
She was raised by the late Linda Neville of Lexington, KY and went on to be educated at the Kentucky School for the Blind and Louisville Girls High School in Louisville. This is where she met late husband, Robert M. Johnson.
She was preceded in death by the father of children, the late Robert (Bob) McCreary Johnson, and 2 nd husband, Hubert Creech, and her only daughter, Norma Elayne Johnson Lowery.
She is survived by two sons, William (Evelene) Johnson of Stockbridge, GA and David Robert “Robby” (Peggy) Johnson, Sr. of Somerset, KY; 4 grandchildren, Ondria Johnson (Jim) Spivey, Anthony (Jenny) Johnson, Christina “Christy” Johnson (Brandon) Roberts, and David Johnson; Six great-grandchildren, Shane, Sean, Savannah, Sierra Roberts, Jaydah Johnson, and Ryland Johnson.
Visitation will be Saturday Dec. 27, 2014 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Bishop James Spivey officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.
