Jean Noe

Jean Noe, 75 of Harlan passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Hazard ARH.
Jean was born in Harlan, KY to the late John Henry Noe and Clara Smith Noe. She was a beautician having worked at Juanita's Beauty Shop and for Jerri's Beauty Shop for several years. She believed in the Church of God Faith.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Zelva Irene Yazell.
She is survived by her sister for whom she cared for, for several years, Edna Harp, her baby sister, Dollie Shepherd and special brother in law, Harry Shepherd; special to her heart was her nieces, Karen Brock, Kathy McGinnis, Von Saylor; great niece, Rachel Brock and her children, Emma and Adeline; special first cousin, Pat Sellers and husband Harold; longtime friend and co-worker, Jerri Hobbs; niece, Teresa Trott; nephews, Rod, Danny, Scotty, Eddie Jones; great nieces, Emilee Arney, Randi Lynn Saylor, Sabrina Lockman, great nephews, Aaron McGinnis, Tory Arney, Jesse Trott; great nieces, Lilly and River Arney.
In keeping with her wishes a simple Graveside service will be held 12:00 pm Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017 at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith.
