Janice Sue Bargo, 69, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Baptist Health in Corbin.
Born in Harlan County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Reuben Campbell and Milly Smith Campbell. Her husband Roger Vernon Bargo passed away in 2007. She enjoyed her kids and her grandkids.
She is survived by three children: Michael Bargo and wife Danah, Tim Bargo and wife Tammy, and Tony Bargo and wife Pam; along with 10 grandchildren: Brandon Bargo, Austin Bargo, Adam Bargo, Madyson Bargo, Logan Bargo, Brittany Bargo, Justin Bargo, Dylan Adams, Erin Good, and Christen Arnold; and one great-grandchild Aiden Bargo. She is also survived by brother Cecil Campbell and wife Etta; sister Ruby Elliott; along with a host of family members, nieces, nephews, friends, and church members.
She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church . Her main goal in life was to be a Christian mother and grandmother. She was the very best and was loved dearly by her family.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Friday, December 22, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Herschel Walker and Rev. Dennis McCoy officiating. Burial will be in the Gray Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Thursday, Dec. 21, at the funeral home.
