James "Jamie" L. Walters

The passing of James "Jamie" Walters of Harlan is announced with deep sadness on Sunday August 3, 2025 at the Harlan ARH, he was 57.

He was the son of the late Luther E. "Luke" Walters and Joan Hoskins Walters. He had worked many years as an electrician in the coal mines.

He is survived by his sister, Ellen Walters Montoya of Serrento, FL; he leaves a host of many uncle, aunts, cousins and other relatives to mourn his passing.

A celebration to honor Jamie's life will be held and announced at a later date and he will be laid to rest in the Walters Family Cemetery in Clairfield, TN.
