Jacob Morgan Napier

   Jacob Morgan Napier, 25 of Harlan passed away on Sunday afternoon of August 27, 2023 in Duffield, VA doing what he so loved to do, riding motorcycles.
  Jacob was born January 5, 1998 in Harlan to the James Napier and Jennifer Nipper Carroll. He was employed as a security guard at Harlan ARH. Besides his motorcycles he was diehard Florida Gator Football fan, he enjoyed fishing and traveling.
  He is preceded in death by his mamaw, Georgie Nipper; paternal grandparents, Jane and Rocky Napier; sister in law, Shianne Burgan.
  He is survived by his wife, Talia  Burgan; mother Jennifer (Robert) Carroll; father, James Napier; his pap, Charlie Nipper; his sister, Merisa (Zack) Aslinger; brother, Kevin (Megan) Nipper; close friend who was like a brother, Scott Perkins; nieces, Emma, Joci and Aubrey Aslinger and Liv Nipper; brother in law, Tristan Burgan; he leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

   A private celebration of Life was held 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Thursday August 31, 2023 at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Words of comfort and uplifting was given by Rev. John Luttrell and Rev. Josh Bennett.
