General Partin

General Junior Partin, age 63, of Tunnel Hill, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

Preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Thomas and Alta Mae Partin; brothers, Elgon, Fred, Ava Lee, Leamon, Gary, and Melvin Partin; sister, Patricia Fox.

General, is survived by his loving wife, of 22 years, Karen Partin of Tunnel Hill; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Chad Mullens of Ringgold; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and April Brown of Calhoun; grandchildren, Shelby McWilliams, Gage McWilliams, Alexis O’Hearon and Jade O’Hearon; brother and sister in law, Lynn and Ruby Partin of Evarts KY; sisters, Cloe Rachel Kelly of Loyal Ky and Joyce Perkins of Berea KY; sister in laws, Hilda McClure of Cohutta and Sheryl Howard of Dalton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of General Junior Partin will be2 pm Saturday, September 10, 2022, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev. Brandon Crews officiating. Interment is in the Berean Baptist Church Cemetery, located off Highway 382 on Berean Circle Ellijay GA.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
