Freda Howard Rowlett

   Freda Rowlett, 93 of Loyall passed away Monday afternoon of August 14, 2023 at the Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center.
   Freda was born July 3, 1930 in Smith, KY. She was a homemaker.
   She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Enos and Pattie Howard; father, James Howard; husband Doyle Rowlett; 2 step children, Edward and Sharon Rowlett.
   She is survived by her step daughter, Karen (Gary) Stewart of Rio Vista; 5 step grandchildren and 13 Great Step Grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren; brother, Elbert Fowler of Stanfill; very special cousin, Lola Newton of Monroe, MI; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews other relatives to mourn her passing.
   Visitation will be Saturday (Aug. 19) from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with funeral services following at 1:00 pm with Rev. Spencer Burkhart officiating.
   Burial will follow in the Hensley Cemetery at Smith, KY with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
