Franklin D Saylor Jr

   Franklin D. Saylor, Jr 49 of Baxter, KY passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in the Baxter community from injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident.

   Franklin was born in Harlan on June 30, 1976 to Franklin D. Saylor, Sr and Lana S. Johnson Saylor. He enjoyed playing guitars, was very artistic and loved Amateur radio,

   He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rex & Myrtle Johnson, Charlie Saylor and Louise Stanley; brother in law, Eldes Brown, Jr; great nephew, Jaxyn James Howard.

   Besides his parents he is survived by his children, Franklin D. "Rex" Saylor, III, Marcus Wayne Saylor and Cody Aaron Joe (Lindsey) Saylor; grandchildren, Lila Saylor, Letty Grace Saylor, Brooklyn Nicole Saylor; 3 sisters, Annette Brown, Patrice (Tony) Coffey and Carla (Ellis) Miracle; he leaves a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn his passing.

   All services will be private at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home and in keeping with his wishes cremation will follow.
