Ernest Neff, Sr., 86 of Cawood, Kentucky died Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born January 3, 1930 in Smith, Kentucky son of the Late Wiley and America Neff. He was a retired coal miner and coal truck driver.
Surviving are his wife, Freda Neff; children, Daniel Neff and Ernest (Rita) Neff, Jr.; and grandchildren, Ernest Neff, III, Autumn Neff, Jason Lloyd Neff, Danielle Howard, and Dalton Neff.
Visitation will be Thursday after 1:00 PM at the Riverside Baptist Church at Smith. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM. Brother James Fee and Brother Aaron Stapleton will officiate the services.
Interment will follow the funeral in the Middleton Family Cemetery at Smith. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
