David Earl Carmack, Jr, 48 of Harlan passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
David was born May 22, 1968 in Harlan, KY where he was a lifelong resident and believed in the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Earl Carmack, Sr; and a daughter, Krystal Scalf.
He is survived by his mother, Lydia May Carroll and step father, Paul of Harlan; his children, Heather Bargo of Lexington, Lydia Renee Howard and David Earl Carmack, III both of Alaska; brother, George Vernon Carmack of Lexington; sisters, Diane Lewis of Loyall, Jill Southard of Harlan, and Victoria Carmack of Scottsville, KY; 8 grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be Tuesday (April 4) from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Graveside services will follow at 3:30 pm at the Tway Cemetery with Paul Carmack, Shawn Carroll, Willie Lewis, E.J. Stewart, Harry Southard, Travis Cornett, George Carmack, and Josh Lewis serving as Pallbearers.
