David Carmack, Sr.
November 1, 1953 — August 25, 2015
David Carmack, Sr., 63 of Harlan, Kentucky died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at his residence. Born November 11, 1953, he was the son of the late George Washington and Sophie Stewart Carmack. He was a retired coal miner and believed in the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving are his wife, Febie Carmack; and children David Carmack, Jr., Diane R. (Willie) Lewis, and Melissa Gail Carmack. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives will also mourn his passing.
All services are private.
