Charles Cargle

Charles Cargle, 53 of Harlan passed away on Sunday morning of October 12, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Good Sarmatian Hospital in Lexington.

Charles was born February 8, 1972 to Diana Cargle. He had worked most of his life as a painter.

He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Susie Hopkins; grandmother, Odessa Hopkins; uncles, Robert & Charles Cargle; great uncles, James Hopkins and Winslow (Lula) Fields.

Survivors include his mother, Diana Cargle; daughter, Jada Cargle; uncle/aunt, Horace & Margaret Cargle; niece, Priscilla Cargle; nephew, Christopher Cargle; great nephews, Sammy & Rashaun Cargle; cousins, Doreen (Gary) Bland, Teresa Watson, Rena Drummond and Charleen Dunn; he leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
