Billie Enlow

Billie Enlow, 85 of Rio Vista, KY passed away on Monday morning of September 8, 2025 at the Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Billie was born March 31, 1940 in Whitesburg, KY to the late Alvin Amburgey and Clara Hayes Amburgey. She was a homemaker and member of the Harlan Baptist Church.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Enlow; her son Blake Enlow; 2 sisters, Jackie Collins and Lenette Lyle.

She is survived by her sons, Jim Enlow, Jr and Alvin Enlow; grandsons, Devin, Brad, Kaleb and Colin Enlow; granddaughter, Delaney Enlow; 2 great grandsons, Danny and Gavin Enlow; sister, Nadeane Sigmon; brother in law, John Morris; special caregiver, Ashley Crider. She leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, September 20, 2025 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Middlesboro, KY with Rev. Garry Bingham & Charles Sigmon speaking.

Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Jim Enlow, Jr, Alvin Enlow, Devin Enlow, Brad Enlow, Danny Enlow, Gavin Enlow and Matt Sigmon.

Billie was a firm believer in donations to the Veterans, so family has asked that memorials be made to one's favorite Veteran's organization in memory of Billie.
