Betty Henry

Betty Henry, 81 of Tampico, IN died Sunday June 2, 2019 at her home. Betty was born April 16, 1938 in Harlan Co., KY.

Betty was a homemaker, known to love animals. She worked at Cummins and US Shoe Factory. She was known as Granny to everyone, and a sweet loving friend to all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Boyd Hensley and Audrey Vires Hensley; brothers, Marshal Hensley, Pete Hensley, and a sister Roxie Rose.

Survivors include her husband, Phil Henry from Washington Co., IN.; children, Terri (Robert) Reynolds, Todd Henry, Timmy Henry all from Tampico; grandchildren, Abby (William) Bieghler, Chad Henry, Robbie Reynolds, Tonya and Steven; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Matt Hensley of Indiana; sister, Ruby Gross of Berea, KY; half sisters, Phyliss Goodin of Illinois, Aleyne Ray, Gerlyne Griffith both of Greenfield, IN; half brothers Gene Howard of Greenfield, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Wednesday (June 5) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Graveside services will follow at 2:30 pm Wednesday (June 5) at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel. Burial will follow the services.
