Betty Fraley

June 15, 1933 — December 13, 2017

Betty June Fraley, 84 of Rio Vista,  Kentucky died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Harlan ARH.  Born, June 15, 1933 in Evarts, Kentucky she was the daughter of Lola and Albert White.  A lifelong resident of Harlan County, she was very active member in the Loyall United Methodist Church.  She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Gail Fraley; and one brother, Ernest White.

Surviving are her loving husband of 68 years, Clarence Fraley; two daughters, Brenda (David) Sullivan and Kathy (Don) White; grandchildren, Aimee (Mike) Pace, Jeff (Ashley) Sullivan, Laura Pace, Tyler Carmical, Mia Claire Pace, Tucker Sullivan, Colton Sullivan, and Nate Sullivan; and sister-in-law, Dorothy White.  Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives, and her beloved church family also will mourn her passing.

Visitation will be Friday, December 15, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Loyall United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Arnold Hammons, Rev. Paul White, and Rev. Larry White will be officiating the services.

Interment will follow the funeral in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, Kentucky.  Paul White, James White, Jack White, Michael White, Mike Pace, Don White, Jeff Sullivan, and Tyler Carmical will serve as pallbearers.  Larry White, David Sullivan, and the Loyall United Methodist Church Men’s Sunday School will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
