Bessie M. Saylor

August 11, 1947 — July 10, 2023

Loyall, KY

Our precious Mother, Granny, Great Granny, Aunt and Great Friend Bessie Saylor went to join many of her loving family in Heaven on July 10th, 2023 at her home in Loyall.
The family rejoices in knowing that she entered into heaven with a perfect pain free body to join the Love of her life “Big” John Saylor. As they walk the streets of gold she will be reunited with her parents Henry Muncy and Helen Laws Muncy, her sister Betty Douglas, her brothers Bobby Muncy and Henry Lee Muncy and her bonus son, Robbie Godfrey  along with many other family and friends all of which  she was so excited to see again.
Bessie lived most of her life as the matriarch of the family she was cherished by her surviving children, Lynette Campbell of Wynne, Arkansas, Kandi Perry and her bonus son James Perry of Loyall , and Johnny Saylor and bonus daughter Zula of Forrest City Arkansas. Her surviving grandchildren, all of which knew they were her favorite, Autumn Campbell Wynne, Arkansas, Savanna Wynn, Harlan, Ryan Campbell, Indiana, Sierra (Shawn) Crow, Totz, Amber Saylor, Colorado, Seth (Mary) Saylor, Arkansas, Kasey Saylor , Arkansas, Hanna Fulton, Arkansas and Jonathan (Heather) Fulton, Arkansas.
Her great grandchildren, that delighted her in knowing they would carry on what she started, Cassidi , Aymanni, Camille, Peyshaunce, Shaedyn, Journey, Jaxson, Saylor, Sawyer, Bailey, Mason,  Aiden, Braxton, Brayden, Kade and J Scott.
Bessie also leaves in laws, nieces, nephews and a host of very special friends from Harlan and her former home of Wynne, Arkansas that often visited and spent time with her. She cherished each friendship.
Also left to grieve her loss is her best friend in the world that never left her side, that protected her from people , pitt bulls and any thing else she felt a threat for her, her 7 lb dog Lily. Bessie took comfort in knowing Lily would be loved and protected in her now home in Loyall.
To know Bessie, Mom, Granny, Great Granny, Aunt and friend was to know love, smiles, giving, strength and fun. If she had one you would get half. Her smile was almost as big as her heart and it lit up a room when she walked in.
Her family will miss all of her but will do everything in their power to follow in her foot steps.
The family would like to thank Bluegrass Hospice Care Navigators for their loving, caring support. The comfort this organization brought to her life will always be remembered, your compassion touched her heart as well as ours.
Honoring her wishes, no services will be held, Bessie wanted a small private memorial in a special place with her family.
